Long Jump

The long jump is a power event that has the  following four phases. The “approach run up”, ” take off”, “flight through the air” and “landing”.

But in order to reach the  maximum distance in the long jump, a really good  athlete must  balance three components – speed, technique and strength. With all these factors woven together, you couldbe the next Jesse Owens.
